Brittany Rothe-Kushel has nearly a decade of experience defending workers’ compensation claims. She prides herself on being detail-oriented and aggressive in her case litigation strategies. Brittany has substantial trial and arbitration experience and has obtained many favorable results. These include successful trial verdicts, Petition for Reconsideration and Arbitration Awards.
Brittany obtained her Juris Doctor and Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law. She was inducted in the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Dartmouth College in 2007. While at Dartmouth, Brittany served as a Student Judiciary Board Member of the Committee on Standards. After completing a clerkship with former Los Angeles County Presiding Judge Kevin C. Brazile in 2012, Brittany focused her legal career exclusively in workers’ compensation defense.
Outside of practicing law, Brittany enjoys baking, paddleboarding, and hiking with her family.
Brittany is admitted to the California State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Central District.
