Jay Ding entire legal career has been devoted to the defense of employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in all workers’ compensation matters. Jay believes strongly in the importance of client communication, and always focuses his efforts on obtaining the most cost efficient resolution for his clients.
Jay was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2016. Prior to joining Bradford & Barthel, Jay defended worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney throughout California.
Jay graduated from University of California, Davis, where he double majored in History and Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Whittier Law School in Orange County.
