Tyler Conti dedicates himself to the aggressive, efficient, and economical defense of employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in complex workers’ compensation matters. He carefully tailors his defense strategies to the client's particular needs in order to achieve their desired outcomes.
Prior to joining the defense bar, Mr. Conti practiced as an applicant’s attorney, regularly litigating trials involving layered litigation high-stakes issues. As a result, some areas of particular expertise include complex disputes regarding out-of-network medical treatment and securing temporary disability benefits.
Mr. Conti earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in Gainesville, he refined analytical and writing skills serving as the Senior Research Editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy. These skills were further sharpened assisting low income clients navigate administrative hurdles of federal tax controversies through his work at the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic.
Before his legal career, Mr. Conti spent six years working as a whitewater raft guide, a role requiring clear communication and leadership skills that he now brings to client relations.
A dedicated athlete, Mr. Conti competed for the University of Florida water polo team while in law school, earning First Team All-Florida honors and playing in a national championship tournament. He remains a passionate Florida Gator and a seasoned Masters water polo player, with a current goal to swim around the island of Key West in 2027.
