professional bio
For over 15 years, since 2011, Roshele has practiced law in Orange County, California. She is a zealous advocate for her clients and has a deep understanding the Labor Code and Workers' Compensation Law. She has both applicant-side experience and ran her own law firm for over 6 years, as well as focused insurance-defense litigation experience, representing major carriers in litigation from beginning to settlement including lien trials, contribution matters, commutations, and other complex defense issues. This dual background provides her with a comprehensive understanding of both sides of the Workers’ Compensation system and strengthens her strategic approach to each case.
Roshele graduated Summa Cum Laude from Vanguard University with a Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science. She was awarded the President’s Award for the highest GPA in the department for 2024. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Whittier School of Law while balancing full-time work and family life. During law school, she contributed to the Journal of Children and Family Advocacy and later volunteered her time with Legal Aid Legal Services, supporting underserved members of the community.
Roshele earned her Certified Legal Specialization in Workers’ Compensation in 2019 and has held multiple leadership positions in various legal associations, including serving as President of the Orange County Chapter of the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association and leadership for the OCBA Workers’ Compensation Section.
Roshele’s legal proficiency also includes assisting individuals and families with estate planning, including wills and trusts, and employment matters such as wrongful termination and wage-and-hour disputes.
She is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) through Texas A&M University, with expected completion in Fall 2026.
A frequent lecturer, and past adjunct college professor at Vanguard University in Constitutional Law, Roshele speaks at professional seminars and academic institutions on Workers’ Compensation, Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Bankruptcy and was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2020 and 2021.
