Robert Cinco has dedicated more than 30 years of his professional career to workers’ compensation liens. With an extensive specialization in lien litigation, Robert brings a unique perspective to his practice, having spent over two decades successfully managing his own lien agency before joining Bradford & Barthel. His deep experience as a business owner and strategist allows him to navigate the complexities of medical lien litigation and resolution with exceptional insight.
Renowned for his strategic, aggressive approach to negotiation and litigation, Robert maintains a sharp focus on achieving lightning-fast file closures for his clients. A major highlight of his career includes orchestrating a massive bulk lien negotiation that effectively resolved 60 cases for $500,000. Outside the office, Robert is an avid outdoorsman. On weekends and days off, he can frequently be found practicing his archery at Woodley Park or working on his swing at the Los Verdes Golf Course. He also stays active by swimming laps. At home, Robert is a dedicated family man who enjoys making weekend pancakes for his wife and is known for cooking a perfect medium-rare ribeye steak.
