Cynthia Perry brings over four decades of workers’ compensation experience. Most recently as a Claims Manager, she oversaw more than 600 claims, coordinating strategy with counsel, medical providers, and regulatory bodies for timely, compliant outcomes. Her approach is grounded in clarity, fairness, and guiding clients with confidence.
Earlier, Ms. Perry served as a Clerk for the Orange County Superior Court, supporting courtroom procedures and processing filings. As Staff Counsel, she tried cases, presented arguments, and excelled at analyzing complex files, anticipating challenges, and negotiating favorable resolutions.
Ms. Perry holds a Paralegal Certificate from Barclay College, supplemented by coursework at Rancho Santiago and Golden West Colleges. Fluent in English and conversational in Spanish, she connects effectively across diverse audiences.
Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, especially her five grandchildren.
