Drawing on experience from both sides of workers’ compensation matters, Niloofar Jahromi brings a unique perspective to claim evaluation, exposure assessment, and case strategy. Her background as both an attorney and former arbitrator has strengthened her ability to analyze complex legal and factual issues, evaluate evidence, and develop practical solutions to disputed claims. She is particularly skilled at reviewing and synthesizing large volumes of records, identifying key issues, and developing strategic recommendations tailored to the unique circumstances of each case. Her experience handling labor and employment-related matters has further enhanced her ability to approach disputes with both legal insight and practical judgment.
Niloofar earned her LL.M. in American Law from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. She became a licensed attorney in Iran in 2015 and practiced law there before relocating to the United States. She also served as an official arbitrator with the Fars Bar Association. Her experience in two legal systems has enhanced her analytical skills, adaptability, and ability to approach matters from multiple perspectives.
Originally from Iran, Niloofar is fluent in English and Farsi. Outside of work, she enjoys practicing yoga, spending time with family and friends, exploring new destinations through local food and culture, and sharing Persian traditions with others.
