Breanna Sabado brings a uniquely rigorous and investigative approach to defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in complex workers' compensation litigation. Ms. Sabado’s defense mindset was forged in a high-stakes environment before she joined the firm. She worked for the Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Occupational Safety and Health in the Bureau of Investigations unit. In this role, she independently conducted field investigations of industrial fatalities and serious injuries, including industrial homicides. Her experience involved responding to fatal incident scenes at high-risk places of employment throughout Southern California, such as factories and construction sites. This background provided her with unparalleled expertise in occupational safety standards, forensic investigation, and gathering evidence for criminal prosecutions, directly translating to her ability to challenge and defend against the most complex claims today.
In her private practice, Ms. Sabado's career includes five years at an established law firm, where she handled a broad spectrum of workers' compensation matters. She also possesses experience in general employment matters, including cases ranging from discrimination and sexual harassment to other civil rights issues.
Ms. Sabado earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of West Los Angeles, where she made the Dean's List, after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from California State University, Northridge.
Outside of the office, Ms. Sabado enjoys seeking out and trying the newest and hottest restaurants in the city with friends and family. She is also an enthusiastic shopper.
