Nataly Prado's legal career began at Bradford & Barthel, where she started as a file clerk and quickly discovered her passion for workers’ compensation law. After gaining valuable early experience, she returned to Bradford & Barthel as a hearing representative, bringing with her a strong foundation in employment law and civil litigation. Her work has included filing motions, preparing discovery, conducting legal research, and supporting comprehensive case preparation.
Nataly is a Southern California native who earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). She earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 2022. During law school, she served on the board of the Pride Law Club, where she helped organize events, workshops, and fundraisers supporting LGBTQ+ communities—demonstrating her dedication to inclusivity and community engagement.
Fluent in Spanish, Nataly brings both cultural competence and legal expertise to her practice, helping her connect effectively with a diverse client base.
Outside the office, Nataly enjoys trips to Disneyland, practicing archery, exploring comic book shops, and sharing her love of games and Pokémon cards with her partner and stepson.
