Zack was born and raised in a local community in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada before moving to the San Joaquin Valley. He graduated from California State University, Fresno, in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology along with a minor in Criminology. Zack received his Juris Doctorate from San Joaquin College of Law in 2020. During law school, Zack completed an internship with the California Attorney General’s Office in the Appeals, Writs, and Trials section. He also clerked at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California and California’s 5th District Court of Appeal. Zack joined the Fresno office of Bradford & Barthel in October 2020.
Zack’s exclusive area of practice is workers’ compensation. Zack endeavors to take a practical approach to litigating worker’s compensation claims that is cost-efficient and focuses on prompt resolutions while maintaining the best interests of the client.
Zack spent two years in eastern Ukraine on a religious mission and is able to speak some Russian. He lives in Fresno with his loving wife and children.
