The team’s abilities have been sharpened by assisting over 350 clients with a multi-level portfolio of resources.
Ms. Ahmed has also developed and oversees for each client a dedicated team of Attorney Account Managers (AAM) that interfaces with clients at all levels, including claim adjusters, supervisors, branch/claims managers, brokers, reinsurance and employers. With over three decades of successful litigation experience, Ms. Ahmed is sought out by clients for her negotiation skills and her creative approaches to resolution. She has expanded her practice of workers’ compensation defense to include Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) via mediations and arbitrations dealing with Collective Bargaining Agreements and Carve-Out programs.
