With over 25 years of experience in workers’ compensation field, Rosemary Dresden is a highly experienced Hearing Representative with comprehensive expertise in both the medical and legal dimensions of claims management. She holds a Workers’ Compensation Associates Certification, a Workers’ Compensation Professional Certification, and a Self-Insured License.
Rosemary has extensive experience representing self-insured employers and working with third-party administrators. Her professional background includes four years representing defendants in-house and two years on the applicants’ side, providing her with a well-rounded perspective on claims handling. She has over six years of court experience as a Hearing Representative across numerous California workers’ compensation boards.
Rosemary began her career in nursing, with practical experience as an LVN and CNA, providing her with a strong clinical foundation that continues to inform her analytical approach to case evaluation. Her combined medical knowledge, claims management experience, and legal expertise enable her to effectively assess complex claims, negotiate settlements, and represent clients at hearings with precision and confidence.
