Nicolas Scibetta, who joined Bradford & Barthel’s Oakland office as an Associate Attorney in 2022 brings valuable experience in workers’ compensation defense when he returns to the firm in 2026. Having previously practiced at prior defense firms, he primarily represents clients at the Oakland, San Francisco, and Stockton WCABs.
Nicolas graduated cum laude from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a minor in Business Administration. He earned his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and is a member of the State Bar of California.
Since beginning his career in workers’ compensation in 2018, Nicolas has built strong professional relationships throughout the legal community. He is a firm believer that frequent communication with all parties is essential to the successful resolution of any claim.
Outside of the office, Nicolas is a Bay Area sports fan and animal lover who enjoys cooking, attending live performances, discovering new restaurants, and caring for his two guinea pigs.
