Hamideh Mirzahosseini is an associate attorney in Bradford & Barthel’s Oakland office, where she specializes in California workers’ compensation insurance defense. She represents a diverse range of clients, including employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators, appearing before Workers’ Compensation Appeals Boards (WCAB) throughout Northern California.
Ms. Mirzahosseini offers her clients a distinct advantage through her comprehensive experience representing both injured workers and, subsequently, transitioning to a dedicated defense practice. This dual-perspective background enables her to effectively evaluate claims, anticipate litigation risks, and develop aggressive, strategic defense solutions tailored to her clients' business objectives.
A staunch advocate for efficiency and results, Ms. Mirzahosseini emphasizes proactive communication and early case assessment. She was also admitted to the Iran Central Bar Association after successfully passing one of the country's most selective legal examinations, an achievement that underscores her legal acumen and dedication to the profession.
