Maya Tola has dedicated herself to the representation of employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation claims. Prior to joining Bradford & Barthel in 2023, she worked in-house for a major insurance company practicing Workers' Compensation defense.
Ms. Tola obtained a Bachelors of Socio-Legal Sciences and an LL.B. from DES Law College in Pune, India and went on to receive an LL.M. from Duke Law School in North Carolina.
Ms. Tola speaks Hindi fluently, as well as spoken Marathi and Urdu.
Outside of practicing law, Ms. Tola is a history enthusiast and serves as a columnist for an art history magazine.
