Kelly Curtius is a Southern California native. After graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA, Kelly earned her Juris Doctor Degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. At Pepperdine she served on the prestigious Pepperdine Law Review. She has also earned certifications in Arbitration, Mediation, and Negotiation from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.
Although Ms. Curtius has litigated product liability, toxic tort, and insurance defense issues, she has exclusively dedicated herself to the defense of workers' compensation matters employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators workers' compensation.
Clients regularly compliment Kelly's excellent client communication, and proactive claim handling, both of which invariably move claims forward and ensure the most efficient, cost-effective outcomes possible.
Outside of practicing law, Ms. Curtius enjoys playing tennis, running, and spending time with friends and family.
