Mr. Chahal joined Bradford & Barthel in 2012 where he aggressively represents employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation defense and subrogation matters.
Mr. Chahal began his legal career as a law clerk at the Orange County District Attorney office. Upon joining the California bar, Mr. Chahal practiced within the civil litigation department at Akulian, Ninnin, and Cribbs. Subsequently, Mr. Chahal worked as an Associate Attorney at Hayford and Felchlin, and Prindle, Amaro, Goetz, Hillyard, Barnes and Reinholtz in the areas of workers’ compensation defense and subrogation.
Harry S. Chahal obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in 2003 from the Honors Program in Economics at the University of California at Irvine.
He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and became a member of the California bar in 2007.
