Gregory L. Choate’s extensive workers' compensation defense experience allows him to develop highly sophisticated strategies, whether the objective is trial or a strategic, defense oriented C&R or stipulation. His quarter plus century background assures a significantly above average record of ongoing success.
Mr. Choate is a San Diego native, born and raised in San Diego County (in Poway California). He received his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting that he uses the skills to calculate Average Weekly Wage, Temporary Disability rate and the two year TD limit per Labor Code 4656 and PD with life pensions.
At Thomas Jefferson School he competed in Moot Court and was a Third Year Body Representative. He was also a Thomas Homann Law Student Representative. He received an Award for outstating work for the Law Association and on the Honor roll the last semester.
He is very proud of his twin girls that just recently graduated from Northern Arizona University. One graduated in electrical engineering and working with SDGE on building safer and efficient sub stations and Nursing school to help people through a medical difficult time of their lives.
He likes to vacation in Kauai, Hawaii and continues to travel and visit to the different beaches in the world.
