Chelsea Halpine-Berger has been in the field of workers' compensation defense for nearly a decade, first as an adjuster and later as a defense attorney. While at Berkshire Hathaway, her level of knowledge and sophistication led to her handling that company's complex claims and multiple dedicated accounts. She is an aggressive litigator whose experience in claims ensures that client expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
A New England native, Chelsea graduated cum laude from Eastern Connecticut State University. She also graduated cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Chelsea excelled in law school: she was awarded a Jefferson Fellowship, the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence, and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Civil Procedure. She also served as President of the legal fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta, for which she was voted Student Organization President.
Though Chelsea has lived in San Diego for over a decade, she remains passionate about New England sports and is an avid Patriots fan and Tom Brady enthusiast. Chelsea also loves horror movies, swimming and all varieties of rescue animals.
