Fariba M. Jafary was born in Iran. She attended the University of California, Irvine and graduated in 1992, receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History with a minor in Social Ecology. Ms. Jafary studied law at John F. Kennedy University, where she earned a Juris Doctorate degree. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1998.
Ms. Jafary joined Bradford & Barthel in 2000, and has been the Managing Attorney of the Ontario office since October 15, 2007. She was later made a Senior Partner in 2011. Ms. Jafary was named the Managing Partner of Recruitment, Hiring & Development in 2019, and she has served as the Firm's Chief Diversity Officer since 2020.
