Faith M. Hashemi is a dedicated legal advocate who knows the workers’ compensation game from both sides of the aisle. Having previously represented injured workers, she possesses insider insight into applicant playbooks and claim evaluation—making her uniquely equipped to build strong defense strategies for employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators.
Faith works closely alongside claims professionals, adjusters, and defense teams to forge a unified front. With hundreds of depositions under her belt, she is a skilled practitioner of discovery who routinely turns witness testimony into clear advantages for her clients.
She sharpened her core courtroom strengths while earning her Juris Doctor from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento, following undergraduate studies in Economics at San Jose State University. During law school, Faith gained valuable trial advocacy experience handling criminal matters for both the Sacramento District Attorney’s Office and the Public Defender’s Office.
Faith’s broad background also spans general civil litigation and state and federal court practice, including the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
When she isn't busy dismantling applicant strategies, Faith enjoys traveling, gardening, practicing the piano, and trying to negotiate a peaceful coexistence with her extraordinarily beautiful—yet fiercely unbothered—cat, Bijou.
