Emily Bauerschmidt's entire legal career has been dedicated to the defense of workers' compensation claims, including cases-in-chief, 132a, S&W, and related matters. She is committed to vigorously advocating for her clients throughout each step of litigation and producing desirable results.
Ms. Bauerschmidt is a graduate of the University of Redlands where she earned bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Psychology. She received her Juris Doctorate from Chapman University, Fowler School of Law.
Prior to joining Bradford & Barthel, Emily previously represented several insurance companies and permissibly self-insureds, including the County of Los Angeles, defending workers' compensation claims.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys hiking, horseback riding, and walking her dog.
