professional bio
William Steiner has enjoyed a diverse experience as a litigator, law instructor, and Administrative Law Judge for the State of California. His practice has emphasized employment, workers' compensation, and personal injury law.
He served as an associate attorney for a number of prominent law firms, including Bradford & Barthel, LLC for over nine years. Additionally, he served three years as in-house counsel for Kemper Insurance Company in Orange County, where he handled all phases of workers' compensation litigation through trial (including a number of "take nothing" awards), reconsideration, and appeal. Several of Mr. Steiner's cases have resulted in published decisions.
A graduate of the University of California College of Law in San Francisco, Mr. Steiner believes our legal system can be an excellent fact-finding tool that should produce a just result in every case. His ability to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently has proven to be an asset in his law practice, which he credits to his year studying in Spain at the University of Madrid.
When not engaged in the challenges of litigation, Mr. Steiner spends time with family and friends, having recently traveled to the Galapagos Islands, Spain, and Portugal. He can also be found on the tennis courts of Irvine for weekly tennis matches.
