Timothy Yi graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. He also graduated from the University of San Diego, School of Law with a concentration in Employment and Labor Law.
Timothy is dedicated to the defense of workers’ compensation matters and represents the interests of employers and insurers alike. He is also fluent in Korean, allowing him to effectively assist and communicate with clients in their native language.
Timothy’s path to workers’ compensation defense was shaped by his unique perspective gained through prior experience as a law clerk at a firm that represents injured individuals. This background provided him with valuable insight into the importance of ensuring that alleged workplace injuries must be thoroughly investigated and verified to determine compensation only to the extent necessary.
In his free time, Timothy likes to watch the latest television shows and travel with his wife. He also hopes to own an English Cream Long-Haired Dachshund someday.
