With over a decade of claims experience, Mark Kilmnick takes a proactive and aggressive approach to handling cases, overseeing each one from inception to settlement or trial. His meticulous attention to detail and vast knowledge of medical fee schedules is invaluable to his resolution to liens.
Mark started his workers' compensation career at Insurance Company of the West (ICW Group) through their claims training program. He quickly advanced to a Senior Claims Examiner position. Most recently, he worked at Copperpoint Insurance Company as a large loss senior claims consultant, managing large premium policies.
His experience as an examiner has been instrumental in managing claims and achieving early resolutions. He also has extensive knowledge of the fraud process, which has led to multiple convictions. He brings this unique perspective to Bradford and Barthel as a hearing representative in our rapidly expanding Anaheim office. His graduation from Cal State Northridge with a degree in business administration allows him to further approach legal issues with a special business acumen.
Outside of work, Mr. Kilmnick is married. He and his lovely spouse have three Boston terrier dogs. They enjoy bicycling, traveling internationally, and BBQ.
