Kumar brings a wealth of experience to Bradford & Barthel, thanks to his zealous representation of public entities such as Cities and School Districts. He has also defended transportation companies, health care providers, and retail companies before the WCAB. This included S&W and 132a litigation.
Kumar completed undergraduate degrees at York University in both Administrative Studies and Political Science. Additional studies in Southern California included completion of an MBA at Loma Linda University.
While attending Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California, Kumar was awarded the Schumacher Scholarship. This distinct represents superior grades and LSAT scores.
When not zealously defending clients, Kumar enjoys traveling with his family and catching a concert or comedy show. Having grown up in Toronto, Kumar also loves cheering for his beloved Maple Leafs.
