Kimetra Newton has several years of experience defending workers' compensation claims. She has a diligent and persistent approach to litigation and has represented a wide range of employers, carriers and third party administrators.
Kimetra was born and raised in Southern California. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of LaVerne College of Law. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and American Literature and Culture from the University of California at Los Angeles in 2000. She was a Deputy District Attorney in San Bernardino County before focusing her legal career exclusively in workers' compensation defense.
Outside of practicing law, Kimetra enjoys family, friends, the beach and running.
