Mr. Votroubek obtained his bachelor’s degrees in English and Communications from the University of Iowa. He received his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law. He has been a member in good standing with the California state bar since 2008.
Joseph’s entire career has focused on workers compensation. In 2009 Mr. Votroubek joined Bradford & Barthel where he defends employer, carrier and third party interests in all workers’ compensation related matters.
A native of Iowa, Joseph is an outdoorsman and avid camper. He can frequently be found exploring the deserts and mountains of Southern California on the weekends.
