Edric enjoys plying his skill set to achieve all of these objectives for clients.
Mr. De las Alas’ initial introduction to representing management was in his capacity as a paralegal with the County of Los Angeles, Office of County Counsel, Labor and Employment Division. He then transferred to the Workers’ Compensation Division, defending the interest of the County of Los Angeles. He has more than 14 years of experience handling liens for the County, which includes assisting the CEO's office with global settlements, negotiating liens and taking related issues to trial. In so doing, learned that he enjoyed and excelled at depositions and taking direct and cross-examination at trial.
Mr. De las Alas is licensed to practice law in California and the Philippines. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Sto. Tomas, Faculty of Civil Law, Philippines and his Bachelor of Arts degree major in Economics from San Beda College, Manila.
In his spare time, Edric enjoys spending time traveling with his family. He also enjoys playing golf and basketball.
