Daniel Wiedecker brings a wealth of legal experience to Bradford & Barthel, having dedicated himself to his profession for nearly two decades. Known for his strong advocacy and ability to serve as a unifying voice, he has earned accolades from peers, clients, and opposing parties alike. He excels at the unique tasks and challenges presented by workers’ compensation defense.
Originally from St. Paul, Minnesota, Daniel’s career path is diverse. He served in the U.S. Navy as an Electronics Technician and as a government and private contractor. After co-founding and operating a small business in the retail industry for nine years, his exposure to legal matters led him to pursue law.
He attended Concord Law School, where he excelled in writing, advocacy, and conflict resolution.
Outside of his legal practice, Daniel is a voracious reader who enjoys the outdoors and clean living of Southern California. He supports his favorite Minnesota and California sports teams and is dedicated to volunteering, including teaching financial and stewardship principles at a local church.
