Mr. Ward's entire legal career has been dedicated to defending workers' compensation claims and related matters. Nick is an aggressive attorney who actively moves to settle cases. Clients regularly compliment both his legal skills and his ability to keep the adjuster and/or employer representative up to date. In that regard, Mr. Ward is emphatic: "Constant contact with the client is essential to the teamwork necessary to obtain the best file resolution possible."
Nicholas passed the California State Bar and was admitted to practice law in California. He was a part of the first ever two-day bar examination in California.
Nicholas Ward was born and raised in Southern California. He graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a bachelor’s degree in social sciences, with a political science major. He obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Whittier Law School. During law school Nicholas served as member of the Criminal Law Society, Intellectual Property Society and was a member of the intramurals program.
In his spare time he enjoys watching movies, playing any type of sport and spending time with his family.
