Zachary Forman was born and raised in Orcutt, California. He attended the University of California at Santa Barbara and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with an emphasis on Public Policy and a minor in History.
He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law. While at California Western School of law, Mr. Forman earned a Pro Bono Honors Award for his work at the Employee Rights Center. He was admitted to practice law in 2003 and has been litigating workers compensation cases as a defense attorney since that time. Mr. Forman currently serves as a Partner at the Ontario office of Bradford & Barthel, LLP., where he has been employed since 2010.
Mr. Forman takes an aggressive approach to litigating workers compensation cases with the anticipation that each and every case will go forward to trial, while at the same time moving the case forward in the most expeditious manner to avoid excessive litigation costs. He prides himself on having constant communication and feedback from the claims examiners he works with.
In his spare time Mr. Forman enjoys spending time with his children, running, and taking trips to new locations.
