Mr. Ginther was born and raised in the Central Valley. He has a wide range of litigation experience but currently focuses exclusively on the practice of workers’ compensation defense. His primary emphasis includes working with self-insured employers, third-party administrators, public entities and defending against workers’ compensation claims, serious and willful allegations and Labor Code 132a claims.
In his spare time, Mr. Ginther enjoys spending time with his wife Leann and his two children Alexander and Marilee.
