Robert Tomlin graduated from Loma Linda University, Riverside, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1988. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego in 1992, graduating with Scholastic Merit. He was admitted to the California State Bar in December, 1992.
Mr. Tomlin began his workers’ compensation career in 1995. He has worked as a defense attorney representing many major employers throughout California. Given his vast experience, Mr. Tomlin can spot important issues early in the case, allowing him to quickly limit potential exposure for clients.
Robert Tomlin prides himself on being responsive to clients, as well as his ability to negotiate a successful resolution to complicated cases. His priority is quick, cost-effective resolution of cases whenever possible. He has extensive experience at taking cases to trial when necessary, and has obtained several “take nothing’ awards.
In his spare time, Mr. Tomlin enjoys off-roading in his Jeep with his family and friends in places such as Big Bear, CA.
