Michele Morgan received her associates degree from Saddleback College and her nursing certificate from Grossmont Adult Education. Her Juris Doctorate was awarded by Western State College of Law in 1998. She has practiced worker’s compensation for over 20 years throughout California. Ms. Morgan has served as a Judge pro-tem at the Santa Ana WCAB. She prides herself on being detail-oriented and aggressive in achieving settlements.
Prior to entering the workers’ compensation universe, Ms. Morgan practiced employment law. She also served 2 years on the Board of Directors of the Orange County Women’s Law Association.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Morgan worked as a nurse and healthcare administrator for several private companies. As the chief operations officer and part owner of a sub-acute corporation, she traveled throughout California developing special hospital units for head injured and ventilator dependent patients.
In her spare time, Michele enjoys walking her dog, garden and travels both in the US and internationally.
