professional bio
Prior to joining Bradford & Barthel,LLP, Jamie Belin honed her strategy litigation skills while practicing employment law for over a half decade. Her reputation in the community as a “bridge maker” allowed her to achieve remarkable success at pre-litigation settlements to the satisfaction of all concerned. This has resulted in her being a highly sought after attorney, particularly in the arenas of wrongful termination and labor code claims.
Jamie believes her earlier legal background allows her to be an aggressive defense attorney for B&B clients while never overlooking potentially expeditious and economical resolutions of issues, whether they be a case-in-chief, 132a, Serious & Willful or any other of the plethora of challenges facing defendants everyday. Says Jamie, “The workers' compensation community is a small one. I pride myself on having good relationships with opposing counsels and my clients. I always strive to get the best deal for my client in a way that makes both parties feel respected.”
Jamie graduated from Arizona State University and Whittier School of Law. Immediately thereafter, she passed the California bar.
Jamie loves to travel and “explore as many places as I can.” In her free time she enjoys visiting the local farmers’ market, trying new restaurants, iced coffee, playing soccer and just hanging out at home with her husband and son.
