Glen Young is an aggressive litigator and Partner in our Woodland Hills office. He mostly handles claims filed at the Van Nuys, Los Angeles and Marina del Rey WCAB boards.
He is a proud graduate of the University of Southern California, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Economics. He attended Southwestern University School of Law, and received his Juris Doctorate in June, 1996, when he graduated with cum laude distinction. He was admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States District Court in December of 1996.
Mr. Young has almost 25 years of extensive workers’ compensation experience, with more than 15 years exclusively in the defense of TPA’s, insurance companies, employers and self-insured entities. He combines his passion and energy with the experience of an established and knowledgeable attorney to gain every advantage in litigation.
Mr. Young provides our firm with the ability to minimize the liability on our complex cases, including cancer cases, industrial diseases, and high exposure cases.
Mr. Young’s litigation portfolio contains numerous “Take-Nothing” awards received at the Van Nuys and Marina del Rey Boards and is an aggressive litigator and enjoys mentoring attorneys in Workers’ Compensation strategy and procedure. Mr. Young is also a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the California Bar.
Mr. Young is married with two children, and loves deep sea fishing and spending time with his wife Dorothy, son Daniel, and daughter Wendy. In addition, he enjoys reading and cinema.
