Guest speakers Craig Pawley & Jennifer Peterson from Medivest along with our very own Glen Young lead this Webinar on “Settling Cases with a Medicare Component” which addressed the MSA allocation guidelines, CMS review thresholds, Medicare set aside treatment, application of state rules and submission regulations.

California Workers’ Compensation adjusters will receive 1 hour of continuing education credit. MCLE credits are not being offered for this training. Certificates for CE credits will be emailed to all attendees at the conclusion of the training.
