Alexander Shekarachian has dedicated himself to the Workers' Compensation industry for well over a decade. In addition to aggressively handling files, his mediation skills contribute to reaching positive resolutions. Similarly, his knowledge of social media allow great success in the arenas of sub rosa and creative investigation into claims.
Alexander attended University of California, Riverside where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Law & Society. He earned his juris doctorate from Loyola Law School. While he attended Loyola, Mr. Shekarchian was honored with the Benno Brink Award for excellence in Bankruptcy Law, the American Jurisprudence Award for Mediation and was an extern for the Honorable Judge Alan Ahart of the Central District Bankruptcy Court. Additionally, he contributed to the Center for Conflict Resolution where he helped mediate multi-million dollar litigations.
After being admitted to practice law in the State of California, Alexander was mentored by Jim Perzik who was the general counsel for the Buss family and the Los Angeles Lakers. In addition to his knowledge and skill the defense of Workers' Compensation matters, he has experience in many practice areas, including Entertainment Law, Construction Defect, Insurance Defense, Landlord Tenant, Class Action, and Bankruptcy. His wide array of legal knowledge often assists in Workers' Compensation file resolution.
Interestingly, Mr. Shekarchian was a talent manager, having worked with cross over talent such as Faye Dunaway, Lance Bass, Carly Steel, and many, many others. His experience with influencers led him to being invited to be a part of President Barack Obama's 2017 Social Media Summit.
Additionally, he has been a juror for both the Bentonville and Hollyshorts Film Festival.
