Niloofar Farzaneh is an accomplished attorney with a strong background in dispute resolution. Niloofar earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2022, along with a certification in Dispute Resolution from the Strauss School.
Niloofar is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients. Before specializing in workers' compensation, she gained valuable advocacy experience in both plaintiff and defense civil litigation, which now informs her strategic approach when representing employers, carriers, and third-party administrators. She firmly believes that open communication with her clients is key to successful results.
Niloofar received her Bachelor's degree from New York University. Afterward, she worked as a court-appointed Multi-District Litigation settlement administrator in Washington, D.C., where she honed her skills in thorough investigation and developing comprehensive settlement agreements.
With a multicultural background formed by growing up around the globe, Niloofar brings a unique perspective to client relationships and excels at building connections. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding, painting, reading, and traveling.
