William “Rob” Siefkes is a graduate of California State University Fullerton where he earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice. He participated in various internships at the Legal Aid Society of Orange County during his undergraduate studies.
Rob attended Law School at Whittier College School of Law in Los Angeles where he earned his Juris Doctorate and was admitted to the Bar in 1992. During Law School Rob was a member of the Whittier Law Review receiving various academic scholarships during his legal studies. While attending Law School, Rob worked for the State of California evaluating Social Security Disability claims which provided him with an intricate knowledge of medical disability issues.
Rob has extensive experience representing insurance carriers, TPA’s and self insured employers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims and has appeared before numerous Workers’ Compensation Appeals Boards around the State of California.
