professional bio
Ms. Harrison earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona, where she also played collegiate soccer. After graduation, she began working as a workers’ compensation claims specialist for a company that utilized Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). It was in this role that she was first introduced to the complex and dynamic world of workers’ compensation claims, sparking a deep interest in the field.
As she delved deeper into the claims process, she transitioned into a role of workers’ compensation adjuster, where she became increasingly fascinated by the life cycle of a workers’ compensation claim. Through this experience, she developed a passion for educating employers on how to navigate the process step by step, helping them better understand claim management and the intricate details involved at every stage.
Outside of work and studies, Ms. Harrison can be found walking her dogs, who absolutely run the household, sweating it out in hot yoga, or shamelessly indulging in popcorn at the movies, where she proudly insists on arriving early to watch every trailer.
