Mikhail Gomez has dedicated his career to the defense of all workers’ compensation issues, including cases in chief, 132a and S&W matters. He believes in providing reliable, responsive, and cost-effective legal services to clients and strives to work with the adjuster to achieve a team approach. With rare exception, his goal is an expeditiously and economically closed file.
Given Mikhail's international experience, he is prepared for virtually any fact pattern. He is licensed to practice law in California and the Philippines. He earned his J.D. from the Ateneo De Manila School of Law and his Master of Law degree from the University of Southern California – Gould School of Law. He is fluent in English, Tagalog, and Kapampangan.
In his free time, Mikhail loves to spend quality time with his wonderful wife and two beautiful children.
