Michael Lovas has well over a decade of experience in California’s workers' compensation arena. His activity in the system harkens all the way back to his law school days. During this career, he has represented clients as a hearing representative, applicant’s attorney and defense attorney. He explains that this exposure to all sides has prepared him to have special insight into the mindset of his opponents as he represents insurance carriers, third party administrators, self-insured employers and uninsured employers.
Born and raised in Sacramento, California, Mr. Lovas studied biology at Sacramento City College, thereby making him particularly adept at analyzing medical reports and preparing for doctor depositions. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate at Lincoln Law School in Sacramento.
In his free time, Michael enjoys cooking, hiking, powerlifting, and attending live music performances.
