Matthew N. Selmer received his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law. He attended Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota where he received his Bachelor Degree in Classics with an emphasis in archaeology.
After law school, Mr. Selmer pursued his passion for litigation, prosecuting criminal cases at the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office and defending clients in private practice as a criminal defense attorney. Thereafter, his practice focused on workers’ compensation, subrogation, and general civil litigation. At Bradford & Barthel, LLP, his practice focuses on the defense of all aspects of workers’ compensation, including 132a, Serious & Willful Claims and subrogation.
In his spare time, Mr. Selmer enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and two dogs. He is an avid reader of history non-fiction and biographies.
