Manjit K. Batth grew up in England and graduated from the University of Leeds in England with both her Bachelor of Law degree and Masters degree in Criminal Justice Studies. During law school Ms. Batth clerked with a firm that specialized in Criminal Law. Ms. Batth moved to the USA in 1999 and started her legal career by working for a Personal Injury firm from 1999 to 2006. In 2006 Ms. Batth self-studied for the California Bar exams and in 2007 was admitted to the State Bar of California. She is currently a member in good standing of the American Bar Association.
Since being admitted to the Bar, Ms. Batth has practiced in the areas of Personal Injury, Family Law, and Child Support Law. In 2011, workers’ compensation became her primary area of practice.
Ms. Batth joined the Fresno office of Bradford & Barthel in July 2013. She became a Partner and was promoted to Assistant Managing Attorney for the Fresno office in April 2017.
Ms. Batth enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two sons. Her interests include running, reading, music, and the outdoors.
