Prior to dedicating his practice to the defense of employers, carriers and third party administrators in all as aspects of workers' compensation, Arc Tolentino engaged in a variety of legal practices that prepared him for his practice at Bradford & Barthel. Notably, he worked as an in-house counsel for several years which mainly dealt with real estate, commercial and business transactions. His most recent experience involved immigration law wherein he served individuals and employers in obtaining their visas, status and petitions. Arc's versatility and legal skills contribute to his providing excellent, aggressive, cost-effective services to his clients.
Mr. Tolentino is licensed to practice law in both the State of California and the Philippines. After receiving his Juris Doctorate degree in the Philippines, he obtained his Master of Laws degree from the University of Southern California - Gould School of Law.
Arc is also a big sports fan and a licensed sports agent. He assists athletes as they are recruited by professional teams, acquire sponsorships and endorsements that allow them to enjoy and maximize the fruits of their highly specialized profession.
