Although he has an extensive background in litigated employment and personal injury matters, Adam Winer's career is now exclusively focused on the defense of workers' compensation matters throughout Nevada and California. He is particularly experienced and knowledgeable about issues relating to the construction industry.
After receiving his Bachelors of Arts from the California State University, Long Beach, Mr. Winer earned his Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was class Valedictorian.
Adam moved to Las Vegas in 2014 and is a member in good standing of both the California and Nevada State Bars.
In his spare time, Adam enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family, which includes his pet dog and cat.
