Stop Kite From Blowing Away With Impairment

In this session, Zane will discuss how permanent disability valuation has changed over the decade through Court decisions and what is required for a PQME to add impairments instead of using the combined values chart. We will look at the legal standards for impairment valuation and what is needed for the mysterious “synergistic effect” to exist.

 

MCLE Credits:
1 hour of minimum continuing legal education (MCLE) will be provided to California workers’ compensation attorneys (must provide your state bar number upon registering).

CE Credits:
1 hour of continuing education credit will be provided for workers’ compensation adjusters in California.
