This Webinar will bring you the latest on legislative and regulatory developments at the Capitol that will impact your claims, just as California lawmakers head into the summer recess. We’ll summarize the latest workers’ compensation legislation, and squeeze in recent regulatory changes such as the copy service fee schedule and the proposed interpreters’ fee schedule. We’ll spend the remaining time summarizing the most recent changes in case law.
